Dr. Knego's spinal repertoire ranges from minimally invasive to complex spinal reconstruction. He runs the neurologic tumor board at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and has created an alliance with the University of Florida Brain Tumor program. He lectures and teaches in neurosurgical topics at both the local and international level. Recently, he was recognized with a gubernatorial appointment to the Scientific Advisory Council of the Florida Center for Brain Tumor Research. He is a partner at Neurosurgery and Spine Specialists in Sarasota, FL.
